Furniture Wizard is an online-only furniture specialist, with warehouses in multiple states across Australia including Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. We are continually working with Australia's best shipping providers to get our products delivered quickly and safely to our customers.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our orders are dispatched on weekdays and usually within 1 and 2 business days of your purchase.
How long will it take to arrive?
Please check the shipping quote tool on the product page (enter your postcode) for a more accurate guide. Shipping within NSW and VIC is generally within 1 week for metro areas and slightly longer for regional deliveries. QLD, SA and TAS are 1-2 weeks. WA and NT usually take 1-2 weeks, but occasionally longer.
What courier/s do we use?
We use various couriers and shipping partners, depending on the size and weight of your order and it's delivery address.
Please note: After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to call the courier directly on the numbers provided to add any notes to your order or request re-delivery.

What day or time will it be delivered?
Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact day and time your order will arrive as this will be determined by the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.
The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.
Will I get a tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent by the next business day, once the goods have left our warehouse. This means it may take 2-3 business days to receive the tracking code, but the goods will usually be well on the way by the time you receive it.
You will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
Can the courier call me before delivery?
Some of the courier services we use, do not offer the ability to be notified or called on the day of delivery. However, the estimated delivery date is always available via the tracking code.
What if no one is home to receive my order?
If there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, then the driver may leave your item(s).
If there's no safe place they will leave a calling card and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date.
In the unlikely event that you do not accept the goods or arrange for delivery within the required time frame (usually 30 days), your delivery may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply. A re-delivery fee may apply if your goods are returned to us due to an incomplete address.

Our shipping ranges in price by the item and destination, but please note that we cannot deliver to some postcodes due to restrictions from our carriers. Also some additional areas may be excluded for bulky goods deliveries.
