How much is shipping?

Shipping is the typical barrier to buying furniture online, so we pride ourselves on the efficient and affordable delivery of your online furniture order. Please check our excluded postcodes for bulky goods though, as some of our carriers have trouble delivering larger items to rural areas. Please refer to the list on the shipping page to avoid disappointment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

The carrier we use depends on the weight of your goods. We will usually either choose to deliver your order via a parcel service or courier. All deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking code via email when your goods are dispatched. For more information visit the shipping page.

Do you offer a warranty?

Generally Furniture Wizard offers a 12 month warranty on most products. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the applicable warranty period.

You are required to notify us within 5 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. A refund or replacement will only be provided if the goods arrive faulty. It will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or have been mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for reading the product description and instruction manual if applicable.
